1. Coat fry pan with canola oil, add salt and pepper to taste, brown chops on both sides.
2. Reduce heat and simmer on low for 10 minutes per side in covered fry pan.
3. Top each chop with 1 heaping teaspoon of Brownwood Farms Apple Riesling Salsa (Add to Cart) or Peach Salsa (Add to Cart).
4. Cover and cook on low for additional 15 – 20 minutes depending on thickness of the chops.
