Grilled Chicken from Northern Michigan - Brownwood Farms Style!
Marinated Chicken Breast with BWF Famous Kream Mustard and finished with one of northern Michigan's BWF BBQ Sauces.
Start with Skinned & de-boned chicken breast - rinsed and trimmed.
Place the chicken (patted dry) in a large mixing bowl with 1 large heaping tablespoon of Kream Mustard per 2 chicken breasts. Rotate and work in the Kream Mustard so that all breasts are well coated.
Place up to 6 chicken breasts in a large zipped freezer bag and marinate in fridge for up to 2 hours.
Place on hot grill---turn 3 to 4 times, so that the chicken is 60% cooked to your liking. Start basting with either the BWF Cherry BBQ or the Yankee Bourbon BBQ Sauces and finish the remaining cook time (40%) with chicken well coated and glazed!
Enjoy with a simple salad of mixed greens and dried cherries!
