Southern flavor meets Northern ingenuity in this one-of-a-kind BBQ treat. We start with a rich, Southern-style BBQ base recipe, then add our own special mix of spices and just a hint of premium Michigan bourbon from northern Michigan's own Grand Traverse Distillery.  All the flavor you've come to expect from Brownwood Farms, plus a little extra kick to keep things interesting.
